Returns and Refunds
Undamaged products purchased online directly from Firefly Store can be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an online order. Please take a moment to read the information below.
What Is the Firefly Return Policy?
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Firefly Store, you may return them to us for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
· Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, together with proof of purchase
· Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.
· For returns, you are responsible for shipping costs, currency conversion, and all taxes (including customs duties and local and international taxes). Firefly only refunds the cost of the product itself.
· Refunds and replacement are not available for gift cards, items on sale, giveaways, and products that have been resold or transferred to a third party.
How do I return my product?
Your returned items must be in as-new condition, in the original or similar packaging with the
packing slip, with all accessories and manuals included. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be considered incomplete. Firefly reserves the right to deny return requests at its sole discretion.
· Please reach out to Firefly Customer Support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
· Firefly Support will share the return address with you and tell you how to return.
· Once the returned item arrives back in Firefly’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
· The cost of the item will be refunded via the same method used to purchase the product.
· The refund will appear in your bank account about 3–5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet the Firefly Return Policy, we’ll contact you immediately.
