The CAM-1126BQ38 is built on Rockchip's quad-core AI vision processor RV1126B, featuring an integrated 3 TOPS NPU that supports multimodal large models of up to 2B parameters as well as mainstream deep learning frameworks. It supports 12MP video encoding and 4K video decoding. With a built-in 12MP ISP / 8MP AI-ISP, it delivers low power consumption. Hardware AI Remosaic ensures ultra-high definition in daylight and exceptional ultra-low-light performance at night. It supports multi-lens AI dynamic stitching for smooth, natural footage without visible seams, AI video 6-axis digital image stabilization, and multi-light-source fusion (RGB with infrared thermal imaging fusion, visible light with structured light, and ToF fusion). It also supports AOA low-power audio event detection and incorporates more secure Chinese national cryptographic standard SM2/SM3/SM4 encryption algorithms.

AI Vision Processor RV1126B

Adopts the quad-core 64-bit high-performance AI vision processor RV1126B, based on ARM Cortex-A53 cores with integrated NEON advanced SIMD and FPU (Floating Point Unit). With a clock speed of up to 1.6GHz, its performance is more than twice that of chips in the same class, providing powerful support for high-performance computing and multi-task processing.

Supports Multimodal Models up to 2B Parameters

The built-in 3 TOPS NPU can smoothly run large language models and multimodal models with up to 2B parameters, such as the Qwen series, Gemma2-2B, Phi2, and MiniCPM. It supports weight sparsification, W4A16 / W8A16 mixed-precision quantization, and Transformer optimization technologies, endowing devices with powerful image semantic understanding capabilities. It can not only accurately identify target objects in complex scenes but also achieve cross-modal information fusion, meeting the needs of localized applications in lightweight scenarios.

Built-in 8MP AI-ISP

Equipped with a built-in 12MP ISP and post-processor, integrated with multiple algorithm accelerators including HDR, 3A, LSC, 3DNR, 2DNR, sharpening, dehazing, fisheye correction, gamma correction, and feature point detection. It also integrates a dedicated 8MP AI-ISP that breaks through the processing bottlenecks of traditional ISPs. With AI algorithm-driven intelligent spatial noise reduction and refined image enhancement, it significantly improves image cleanliness and detail reproduction in low-light and complex lighting environments.

Super Encoding Engine for Enhanced Storage Efficiency

The integrated intelligent encoding engine supports 8MP 45FPS ultra-HD encoding. Through dynamic bitrate optimization technology, it saves 50% of the bitstream compared to traditional CBR mode, doubling recording duration within the same storage space. While ensuring complete image detail, it significantly reduces storage costs and transmission bandwidth pressure, making it ideal for data-intensive scenarios such as video surveillance.

Chinese National Cryptographic Standard Encryption Support

Features a built-in national cryptographic standard security solution supporting SM2 / SM3 / SM4 encryption algorithms, integrated with TrustZone security isolation technology and the Keyladder key management system. From data collection to storage, as well as AI algorithm model protection, it meets the information security requirements of intelligent terminals and is further suited to application scenarios with extremely high security demands.

The overall board size is only 38mm × 38mm × 11.5mm.
