
The iCore-3568JQ utilizes Rockchip's RK3568 series quad-core 64-bit industrial-grade processor and comes with 8GB of RAM. It supports high-speed wireless networks such as WiFi 6 and 5G/4G. The BTB interface provides enhanced transmission capabilities. This system-on-module (SOM) offers industrial-grade stability and can operate reliably over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
With a backplane reference design, the device is versatile and ideally suited for applications such as industrial tablets, IoT gateways, edge computing, cloud terminals, industrial inspection, and in-vehicle infotainment.

- RK3568J Industrial-grade Processor: The RK3568 series uses a quad-core 64-bit Cortex-A55 processor, adopts a 22nm lithography process, has a main frequency of up to 2.0GHz, and has a built-in 1TOPS NPU. It supports mainstream deep learning frameworks and provides efficient and stable performance for back-end device data processing.
- Integrated GPU, VPU, and NPU: This SoM integrates a dual-core GPU, a high-performance VPU, and a high-efficiency NPU. The GPU is compatible with OpenGL ES 3.2/2.0/1.1 and Vulkan 1.1. The VPU provides simultaneous encoding and decoding capabilities, supporting single-channel 4K 60fps or eight-channel 1080p 30fps multi-format decoding, as well as H.264 video encoding up to 1080p 60fps.
- Support Three Displays and Eight-camera Input: Equipped with a rich set of video interfaces, including MIPI-DSI, LVDS, eDP, HDMI, and MIPI-CSI, it supports three display outputs. A built-in 8M ISP provides security-grade image signal processing. This product supports up to eight 1080P camera inputs, making it ideal for multi-camera applications.
- Customizable for Commercial, Industrial, Automotive-grade Products: The iCore-3568JQ SoM is available in industrial and automotive-grade versions, supporting a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) and enabling 24/7 stable operation to meet the demands of industrial applications. Its built-in FP16/BFP16-compatible NPU ensures algorithm portability, including 360-degree surround view algorithms, DMS algorithms, BSD algorithms, and DMS/APA (Automatic Parking Assist).
