CAM-1126BQ38 is a compact module (38mm x 38mm) featuring the RV1126B AI Vision Processor (3 TOPS NPU) supporting 2 billion multimodal models and deep learning. It is equipped with a 12MP AI-ISP, enabling excellent day/night imaging, 4K video processing, multi-camera AI stitching, six-axis digital image stabilization, and multi-source fusion (RGB/IR/ToF). Furthermore, it features AOA low-power sound detection and built-in encryption (SM2/SM3/SM4) security mechanisms.
The RV1126B integrates a dedicated 8MP AI-ISP that operates independently of the NPU, saving power and bandwidth. It supports AI mosaic functionality for high-quality imaging in both daylight and low-light conditions. The chip also includes AOV 3.0 for low-power audio event wake-up, with a standby power consumption of only 1mW, supporting continuous monitoring. Combining hardware 6-DOF image stabilization and binocular stitching technology, it can provide stable, seamless wide-angle video to meet the needs of security and automotive applications.
