The ICORE-1126BQ38 is powered by the Rockchip RV1126B quad-core AI vision processor, integrating a 3 TOPS NPU and supporting mainstream AI models and deep-learning frameworks. It features a 12 MP ISP, an 8 MP AI-ISP, and multiple integrated algorithm accelerators. The module supports 12 MP video encoding, 4K video decoding, and simultaneous input from up to five cameras. Using a BTB connector, it measures only 38 mm x 38 mm, saving valuable installation space.

RV1126B AI Vision Processor

The module is equipped with the RV1126B, a high-performance, low-power quad-core 64-bit AI vision processor based on ARM Cortex-A53 cores. It integrates NEON Advanced SIMD and an FPU (floating-point unit), with a clock speed of up to 1.6 GHz, providing robust support for high-performance computing and multitasking.

3 TOPS NPU

Its integrated 3 TOPS NPU supports mixed-precision INT4, INT8, INT16, and FP16 operations. It supports deep-learning frameworks including TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch, Caffe, and ONNX, enabling intelligent data processing, speech recognition, and image analysis for most edge-AI terminal applications.

Private Deployment of Lightweight AI Models

The ICORE-1126BQ38 supports local deployment of lightweight large language models and multimodal models of up to 2B parameters under the Transformer architecture, including Qwen, Gemma2-2B, Phi-2, and the MiniCPM series. This meets the needs of localized AI applications in resource-constrained scenarios.

Up to 12 MP ISP

A new-generation hardware-based ISP (image signal processor) and post-processor support up to 12 MP. They integrate multiple algorithm accelerators, including HDR, 3A, LSC, 3DNR, 2DNR, sharpening, dehazing, fisheye correction, gamma correction, and feature-point detection. An AI-ISP supporting up to 8 MP complements the conventional ISP with improved spatial noise reduction and enhanced image quality.

4K HD Video Decoding

The module supports video encoding up to 12 MP at 30 fps, including multi-stream encoding for scenarios such as high-resolution local recording and lower-resolution cloud transmission. It supports 4K decoding at 30 fps and integrates a JPEG codec supporting Baseline mode, multiple image sizes, and YUV formats.

Rich Expansion Interfaces

Expansion interfaces include I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, PWM, GPIO, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, SAI, MIPI-DSI, MIPI-CSI, and DVP, meeting peripheral-expansion requirements across diverse applications. Two MIPI-CSI/LVDS/SubLVDS DPHY groups are provided (four lanes per DPHY, configurable as 1 x 4-lane or 2 x 2-lane), together with one DVP interface (BT.601 / BT.656 / BT.1120), supporting simultaneous input from up to five cameras.
